Doodhachi Kheer (Creamy Rice Kheer)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the rice properly and let it dry.
  2. Cook rice in a pressure cooker with enough water, till soft.
  3. Drain the water and mashed the rice properly.
  4. Boil the milk till it thick and creamy.
  5. Add condensed milk, mashed rice, sugar, almond powder, cardamom powder and
    saffron and cook properly.
  6. Cook till creamy, after that turn off the gas and let it cool.
  7. Garnish with cashew and almond and serve it.
