Sweet Corn Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cup of corn
- 1 cup of rice powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Salt and sugar according to taste
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Mix corn, rice powder, curry powder, salt and sugar to taste.
- Make a tight dough.
- Make some smalls cakes from corn dough with help of hand.
- Baked the cakes on a tawa and fry with some oil.
- Serve corn cakes with salad.
