Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of corn
  • 1 cup of rice powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Salt and sugar according to taste
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix corn, rice powder, curry powder, salt and sugar to taste.
  2. Make a tight dough.
  3. Make some smalls cakes from corn dough with help of hand.
  4. Baked the cakes on a tawa and fry with some oil.
  5. Serve corn cakes with salad.
