Mung Roti ( Mung bread)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the pulses and make a paste in a mixi.
  2. Take flour, pulse paste, methi leaves, onion, green chili, chili powder, salt according to taste.
  3. Kneed a tight dough and divided the dough in some balls.
  4. Flat the balls and bake it on tawa.
  5. Fry the roti’s with some oil and keep aside.
  6. Serve Mung roti with mango or chili pickles or plain yogurt.
