Carrot Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 carrots (grated)
  • 2 cup of white flour
  • 1/2 cup of semolina
  • Salt and sugar to
    taste
  • 2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (grated carrot, flour, semolina, milk, salt & sugar according to taste) 
    and make a smooth batter.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, give 4 tablespoon batter and make a round shape with spoon.
  3. Fry the both side of pancake and serve with tomato sauce.
