Carrot Pancake
Ingredients:
- 2-3 carrots (grated)
- 2 cup of white flour
- 1/2 cup of semolina
- Salt and sugar to
taste - 2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients (grated carrot, flour, semolina, milk, salt & sugar according to taste)
and make a smooth batter. - Heat the oil in a pan, give 4 tablespoon batter and make a round shape with spoon.
- Fry the both side of pancake and serve with tomato sauce.
