Pineapple Chutney (sweet)
- 1 grated pineapple
- 25 gm raisins
- 200 gm sugar
- 1-teaspoon rai (black mustard seeds)
- Juice of a lemon
Salt according to taste
Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the rai for saute.
- Add the grated pineapple and raisins & cook it for few min.
- Add salt and cooked it for 5 min with a cover.
- Then add sugar and cooked it about 5 min.
- When the gravy becomes thick , cool it.
- Sprinkle the lemon juice and keep it in a air-tight container.
