Roti (Indian bread):
for 4 people and 4 roti for each
Roti is the main food of north and south and west India
Ingredients:

500 gm atta (unrefined or fibrous flour)

A pinch of salt
- one spoonful sugar

2 spoonful mustard oil
Preparation:

Add the mustard oil, salt and sugar in the whole amount of the atta and mix it homogenously

Knead a dough
- Divide the dough in 16 balls

Flat the dough balls

Bake it on chatu or tawa
Roti is prepared and you can have it with sabji or dal
