Masala Rice 



  1. Wash the rice and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mustard seeds, green chilies, hing, garam masala, turmeric powder and red
    chili powder.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry till light brown. 
  4. Then add pre- washed rice and fry for few min. 
  5. Add sufficient amount of water & allow the rice to get boiled. 
  6. When the rice is totally cooked, add grated coconut and coriander leaves and mix it with rice.
  7. Serve hot.
