Lemon Rice

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. First clean the rice and rinse properly & half cook it.
  2. Drain the water & dry the rice in a broad and flat based utensil.
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan, give the rai, ginger and green chilli for sauté.
  4. Add pre-cooked rice, salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Mix well and cook it for 10 min in low flame with cover.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix the rice properly.
  7. Garnish the rice with basil & parsley leave.
  8. Serve the Lemon rice with Chicken

    or Mutton
