Card Rice



  1. Wash the rice properly and cook as plain rice.
  2. Marinate the pre-cooked rice with plain curd and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the asafoetida, mustard seeds & methi leaves.
  4. Add marinated rice, salt according to taste and mix well.
  5. Card rice is ready.
