Preparation of white sauce:
- Melt the butter in a pan, add white flour and fry till light pink (not brown).
- Add milk, pepper powder and salt to taste and stir it continue.
- When it becomes thick, remove from gas.
- White sauce is ready.
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients (cooked rice, boiled potato, chopped onion-garlic-green chili) make a tight dough.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Make medium size patty, dip in a white sauce, coated with bread crumbs and fry in a oil.
- Fry till brown and keep on a paper napkin.
- Take half pieces of breads, make a cone, fill with fried patty, white sauce, tomato sauce in a bread pocket.
- Serve Roti burger with French fries.
