Roti in Burger Style

Main Ingredients: Leftover cooked Rice & hand made bread

Ingredients for White Sauce:

Preparation of white sauce:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add white flour and fry till light pink (not brown).
  2. Add milk, pepper powder and salt to taste and stir it continue.
  3. When it becomes thick, remove from gas.
  4. White sauce is ready.

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (cooked rice, boiled potato, chopped onion-garlic-green chili) make a tight dough.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Make medium size patty, dip in a white sauce, coated with bread crumbs and fry in a oil.
  4. Fry till brown and keep on a paper napkin.
  5. Take half pieces of breads, make a cone, fill with fried patty, white sauce, tomato sauce in a bread pocket.
  6. Serve Roti burger with French fries.
