Egg uttapam

Main Ingredients: Leftover bread

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs in big a bowl and add the bread pieces & salt to taste.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and give 2-tablespoonful egg mix
  3. Spread it in a even circle with back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped onion, capsicum and tomato on top then fry the other
    side.
  5. Serve this dish with tamarind
    chutney
    .
