Masala tea
Ingredients:
- 4 cup of water
- 2-teaspoon tea-leaf
- A pinch of ginger
- 1 cardamom
- 2-tablespoonful sugar
- 1/2 cup of pre-boiled milk
Preparation:
- Heat the water and give tea-leaf, ginger, cardamom and place it for 4-5 min with cover.
- Add sugar & boil the water with ingredients.
- Strain the tea and add milk with it.
- Serve the Masala tea with Nimki,
Capsicum pakora,
Cauliflower pakora,
Alu Vada, Vegetable
pakora or onion
pakora.
