Masala tea (for 4 person)

Masala tea 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup of water
  • 2-teaspoon tea-leaf
  • A pinch of ginger
  • 1 cardamom
  • 2-tablespoonful sugar
  • 1/2 cup of pre-boiled milk

Preparation:

  1. Heat the water and give tea-leaf, ginger, cardamom and place it for 4-5 min with cover.
  2. Add sugar & boil the water with ingredients.
  3. Strain the tea and add milk with it.
  4. Serve the Masala tea with Nimki,
    Capsicum pakora,
    Cauliflower pakora,
    Alu Vada, Vegetable
    pakora
    or onion
    pakora
    .
