Paneer Varta



  1. Heat some oil in a pan, fry the potatoes till light brown and keep aside.
  2. Again, heat oil in a pan, sauté the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and
    curry leaves.
  3. Add chopped onion and fry till pink.
  4. Add ginger paste, curd, turmeric-red chili powder, salt , sugar and cook
    it well.
  5. Add pre-fried potatoes, grated paneer and cook properly.
  6. Add half cup of water and cook in a medium flame till done.
  7. When the gravy becomes thick, remove from fire.
  8. Serve hot with
    or Roti.
