Paneer Varta
Ingredients:
- 200 gm Paneer
(grated) - 2 big potatoes
(cut in small cubes) - 1 big onion
(chopped) - 1 tomato
(chopped) - 3-4 tablespoon plain
curd - 1 tablespoon ginger
paste - 2 tablespoon
curry leaves - 1 teaspoon
black
mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon turmeric
powder - 2 teaspoon red
chili powder - Salt &
sugar according to
taste - 5-6 tablespoon

Preparation:
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry the potatoes till light brown and keep aside.
- Again, heat oil in a pan, sauté the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and
curry leaves. - Add chopped onion and fry till pink.
- Add ginger paste, curd, turmeric-red chili powder, salt , sugar and cook
it well. - Add pre-fried potatoes, grated paneer and cook properly.
- Add half cup of water and cook in a medium flame till done.
- When the gravy becomes thick, remove from fire.
- Serve hot with
Paratha or Roti.
