Hilsha fillet with lemon-cream sauce



  1. Steam the fish fillet with salt & white wine and keep aside.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan, add chopped onion-garlic-chili, 
    cream and cook it well.
  3. Add lemon juice with this mixture, Lemon sauce is ready.
  4. Place the fish fillet on the plate and pour lemon sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
  6. Serve it.
