Topa kooler Chutney (Indian plum chutney)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the chilli & rai.
  2. Give the topa kool & fry well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt & sugar.
  4. Add water and cook it for 10 min in a low flame with cover.
  5. Keep it in a glass bowl for cooling and enjoy the chutney.
