South Indian cuisine is a nice blend of various flavors, colours, fragrances & tastes due to presence different spices and vegetables. 

Since India is a Peninsula southern part of India got vast costal area and coconut tree is the main vegetation of south India. So the
abundant use of coconut present in south Indian cuisine. Coconut oil is the main cooking medium. Coconut cream, grated coconut,
dried coconut and also whole green coconut are used in cooking .

A typical traditional south Indian food serves on a banana leaf. Coffee is the other main drink of South India. Coffee serves in a steel
tumbler instead of coffee mug.
