200 gm white flour
3-4 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt & sugar according to taste
2 cup Luke warm water
1 big bowl mixed salad (cucumber,
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of coriander leaves (washed & chopped)
Marinate the salad with lemon juice.
Kneed soft dough and make some Paratha’s.
Place the paratha and spread the salad on it lengthwise.
Roll the paratha’s with paper napkin.
Serve the Salad Roll with tomato sauce.
