- 1 kg oal ( cut in medium cubes)
- 1-2 cup of tamarind leaves
- 50 gm black mustard seed (paste)
- Salt according to taste
- 500 gm mustard oil
- Boil the oal with tamarind leaves.
- When the oal becomes soft, drain the water and wash properly.
- Marinate the pre-boiled oal pieces with mustard paste and salt.
- Keep the marinated oal under the sun-light for 1-2 days.
- After that keep the sun-dried oal pieces in a glass jar and pour it with mustard oil.
- After 15 days it can be useful.
