Oal-sorshe Achar 



  1. Boil the oal with tamarind leaves.
  2. When the oal becomes soft, drain the water and wash properly.
  3. Marinate the pre-boiled oal pieces with mustard paste and salt.
  4. Keep the marinated oal under the sun-light for 1-2 days.
  5. After that keep the sun-dried oal pieces in a glass jar and pour it with mustard oil.
  6. After 15 days it can be useful.
