- 100 gm Mint leave
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 2-tablespoon Tamarind pulp
- 1-tablespoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Wash and crush the mint leave with garlic cloves ,green chilli and salt to make paste.
- Add tamarind pulp, sugar and mix properly.
- Refrigerate the chutney and use it as a sauce with pakoras.
