Aamla / Aamlakir Achar (Gooseberries Pickle)



  1. Wash and boil the berries properly.
  2. When berries becomes soft, drain the water and keep aside.
  3. Marinate the pre-boiled berries with turmeric, chili powder, salt according to taste.
  4. Keep the marinated berries in a glass jar and pour it with mustard oil.
  5. Close the jar properly and shake it well.
  6. After 2-3 days it will be ready to use.
