  1. Soak the flattened rice in water for about 15 minutes.
  2. After that drain the extra water of rice and keep aside.
  3. Finely chop green chillies, ginger and cucumber.
  4. Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  5. Sauté the cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies.
  6. Pour this mixture over soaked rice.
  7. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  8. Gopalkala is ready to serve .
