Special Kheer
Ingredients:
- 2 liter. of
milk - 150 gm Gobindo-bhog rice
- 200 gm molasses
- 1 cup of grated
coconut - 50 gm raisins
(washed)
Preparation:
- Wash the rice properly and dry on a flat board surface.
- Ground the rice and keep aside.
- Boil the milk till it reduce half of it’s original amount.
- When the milk becomes thick, add grounded rice and cook it well.
- Add molasses, grated coconut and raisins and mix it
properly. - Cool and serve it.
