Special Kheer

Ingredients:

  • 2 liter. of
    milk
  • 150 gm Gobindo-bhog rice
  • 200 gm molasses
  • 1 cup of grated
    coconut
  • 50 gm raisins
    (washed)

Preparation:

  1. Wash the rice properly and dry on a flat board surface.
  2. Ground the rice and keep aside.
  3. Boil the milk till it reduce half of it’s original amount.
  4. When the milk becomes thick, add grounded rice and cook it well.
  5. Add molasses, grated coconut and raisins and mix it
    properly.
  6. Cool and serve it.
