Pasta Kheer

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the milk properly and add the pasta.
  2. When pasta becomes soft, add sugar and stir it well.
  3. Cook for 5-7 min in a low flame and stir contentiously.
  4. When the milk becomes thick and dense, sprinkle the saffron on top and cool it.
  5. Now pasta kheer is ready to serve.
