- 100 gm pasta
- 1 liter. of
- 50 gm sugar
- A pinch of
- Boil the milk properly and add the pasta.
- When pasta becomes soft, add sugar and stir it well.
- Cook for 5-7 min in a low flame and stir contentiously.
- When the milk becomes thick and dense, sprinkle the saffron on top and cool it.
- Now pasta kheer is ready to serve.
