Mihidanar Payesh


  • 250 gm mihidana (a type of small granuler sweet)
  • 4 cup of milk
  • 2 cup of milk powder
  • 2 tablespoon rose
  • 2 tablespoon chopped
    almond for
    garnishing (optional)


  1. Mix the milk with milk powder and boil it properly.
  2. When milk becomes thick, add mihidana and mix it well.
  3. Add rose water and sprinkle chopped almond on top.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
