Mihidanar Payesh
Ingredients:
- 250 gm mihidana (a type of small granuler sweet)
- 4 cup of milk
- 2 cup of milk powder
- 2 tablespoon rose
water - 2 tablespoon chopped
almond for
garnishing (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix the milk with milk powder and boil it properly.
- When milk becomes thick, add mihidana and mix it well.
- Add rose water and sprinkle chopped almond on top.
- Serve hot or cold.
