Mango Tango (for 2 persons)


  • 300 green mangoes ( washed and cut into big slices)
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 teaspoon black
  • Sugar according to taste
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cup of Ice (crushed)
  • 2-3 pudina leaves (for garnishing) (optional)


  1. Boil the mango properly and strain the juice & keep aside.
  2. Mix the mango juice with lemon juice, black salt & sugar according to taste.
  3. Place the juice in a glass, add crushed Ice.
  4. Keep the pudina leaf on glass top & enjoy the Mango-Tango.
