Khubani ka meetha ( Apricot dessert)
- Wash the apricots and soaked in water for 4-5 hours.
- Remove the apricots from water and chopped it.
- Cook the chooped apricots with suagr and a cup of water.
- When the gravy becomes thick and dense, remove from gas.
- When it completely cool, add lemon juice and mix it well.
- Sprinkle the chopped almond on top and enjoy the dessert.
