Kheer with Gulab Jamun
- 10 gulab jamun’s
- 1 liter of
- 100 gm sugar
- A pinch of
- 1 tablespoon rose
- 1/2 cup of mixed, chopped nut (cashew,
- Boil the milk with sugar till it reduce to half of the original amount.
- When the milk becomes thick, add saffron, rose water and chopped nuts and
- Add gulab jamun’s and stir it carefully and turn off the gas.
- Kheer is ready, keep it inside the refrigerator.
- After some time, enjoy the gulab jamun kheer.
