Kheer of Custard apple (Aatar Payesh)
- Scoop out the custard apple pulp, remove seeds and keep aside.
- Boil the milk with sugar till it reduce from 1 to 1/2 liter.
- When the milk becomes thick, add apple pulp and mix it properly.
- Remove from gas and cool it.
- Keep inside the refrigerator and enjoy the chilled Kheer.
