Kheer of Custard apple (Aatar Payesh)



  1. Scoop out the custard apple pulp, remove seeds and keep aside.
  2. Boil the milk with sugar till it reduce from 1 to 1/2 liter.
  3. When the milk becomes thick, add apple pulp and mix it properly.
  4. Remove from gas and cool it.
  5. Keep inside the refrigerator and enjoy the chilled Kheer.
