Fried Rice Kheer

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the rice properly and soaked in water for half an hour.
  2. After half an hour drain the water and dry it.
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan, fry the rice till light brown.
  4. Boil the milk properly with bay leaves.
  5. Add pre-fried rice, raisins, cashew and cook it till rice becomes soft.
  6. When rice becomes soft, add date palm and mix well.
  7. After few min, when the kheer becomes thick, remove from gas.
  8. Enjoy it cool or hot.
