Chhennar Payesh (cottage cheese kheer) 



  1. First boil the milk in low flame and stir continuously. 
  2. When milk becomes thick, add the sliced cheese and continue stir. 
  3. Add sugar, powdered cardamom, raisins, and cashew nut & mix it homogeneously and cook it for 5
  4. When the milk becomes thick gravy, place it for cooling. 
  5. Sprinkle rose water on top and Refrigerate it.
  6.  Then serve it cool.
