Cashew Burfi Malai
- 6-7 cashew
burfi (break the burfi’s in medium pieces)
- 1 cup of milk powder
- 2 cup of milk
- A pinch of
- 1 tablespoon rose
- 2 tablespoon chopped
- Mix the milk powder with milk and boil it properly.
- When milk becomes thick, add burfi’s, rose water, saffron and stir it
- Sprinkle the pistachio and serve cold.
