Badam kheer (preparation of cashew nut &
- 1/2-litre milk
- 150 gm cashew -nut (ground)
- 25 gm almond (chopped)
- 25 gm raisins (washed)
- 150 gm sugar
- 1-2 drops almond essence
- 1 pinch saffron
- Boil the milk in low flame and stir continuously.
- Add cashew nut and cook until the milk becomes thick.
- Add sugar, almond essence, saffron and stir carefully.
- Add raisins, copped almond and cook it for 2-3 min.
- Place it for cooling & serve it.
