Badam Kheer
Badam kheer (preparation of cashew nut &
milk)
Ingredients:

1/2-litre milk
-
150 gm cashew -nut (ground)

25 gm almond (chopped)
-
25 gm raisins (washed)
-
150 gm sugar
-
1-2 drops almond essence
-
1 pinch saffron
Preparation:

Boil the milk in low flame and stir continuously.

Add cashew nut and cook until the milk becomes thick.

Add sugar, almond essence, saffron and stir carefully.
-
Add raisins, copped almond and cook it for 2-3 min.
-
Place it for cooling & serve it.
