Badam Kheer

Badam kheer (preparation of cashew nut &
milk)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Boil the milk in low flame and stir continuously.
  2. Add cashew nut and cook until the milk becomes thick.
  3. Add sugar, almond essence, saffron and stir carefully.
  4. Add raisins, copped almond and cook it for 2-3 min.
  5. Place it for cooling & serve it.
