Alu Vaja (Potato fry)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan, add red chilli and onion for sauté.
- When onion becomes lite brown add potato cubes.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and cook it for few min with cover in low flame.
- Open the cover and fry the potato properly.
- The aloo vaja is ready.
- Serve it with plain steamed rice & dal.
