Jeera Alu (Potato with cumin seeds)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cumin seeds.
  2. Now add potato cubes and chilies to it, fry it for 5 min.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Crispy Jeera Alu is ready to serve.
