Milk

Milk is considered as complete food due to the presence of almost all essential nutrients.

It contains calcium, protein, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin D, Niacin,
Riboflavin.

Milk is digested in our body with the help of an enzyme name Rennin. Generally production of Rennin is reduced or stopped in adult human. For this reason sometimes body may not digest milk.
